Responsibilities For Sr. Electrical Reliability Test Engineer, Drive Inverter

  • Design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for drive inverters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability issues
  • Utilize electronic design software to simulate and troubleshoot inverter circuits
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers and Technicians
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on test findings and recommendations

Requirements For Sr. Electrical Reliability Test Engineer, Drive Inverter

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inverter design and testing
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics and semiconductor components, particularly MOSFETs and IGBTs
  • Proven experience in the design and testing of inverter circuits
  • Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, curve tracers, DMMs, hipot testers, and source meters
  • Familiarity with electronic design software such as Altium, LTspice, etc
  • Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry with electric drive systems
  • Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and standards
