Responsibilities For Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Application Booth Engineering

  • Lead application booth engineering from concept to production
  • Research and develop advanced air handling, filtration, and overspray capture/reclaim systems
  • Analyze air handling systems using psychometric charts and calculations
  • Use CFD software to simulate airflow and optimize booth design
  • Design application booth systems compliant with safety codes
  • Specify and select filtration systems
  • Oversee large-scale projects including timing plans and cost analysis

Requirements For Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Application Booth Engineering

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in technology-based industry
  • Experience with coating processes including automotive paint & powder coating
  • Experience in Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Proficient in hazard area classification and air quality control systems
  • Skilled in 2D/3D CAD software and CFD modeling software
  • Familiar with MS Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, and PLC languages
  • Ability to travel 25 ~ 50%
