  • Drive cross-functional efforts and initiatives to implement fleet improvements
  • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive design and product improvements
  • Create documentation and training for field commissioning and service operations
  • Utilize remote data analysis and fleet analytics to solve problems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues of the global Supercharger network

Requirements For Sr. Product Engineer, Supercharger

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a development, diagnostic or field support engineer
  • Experience with product engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis
  • Experience using SQL, Linux based operating systems, Python, and C/C++ or equivalent
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and intuition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated data analytics and analysis skills
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams
