Responsibilities For Sr. Security Engineer, Manufacturing

  • Perform security assessments and risk analysis of manufacturing systems and ICS infrastructure
  • Utilize Claroty to run vulnerability scans and identify risks
  • Lead patch management processes and firmware updates for KUKA, FANUC, Siemens, Beckhoff, and Rockwell devices
  • Collaborate with control engineers to secure robotic systems
  • Work with Incident Response team to manage and mitigate threats
  • Maintain secure configurations of critical manufacturing devices
  • Lead system hardening efforts for robotics and industrial networks
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on new factory security integration
  • Participate in threat modeling exercises

Requirements For Sr. Security Engineer, Manufacturing

  • 4+ years of experience in OT security, manufacturing security, or ICS/SCADA environments
  • Hands-on experience with KUKA and FANUC robotic security standards
  • Experience with OT security platform
  • Familiarity with OT-specific protocols
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience with patch management tools
  • Strong knowledge of incident response processes
  • Security certifications are a plus
