Tesla's Cell Manufacturing Electrode Vision team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead vision systems projects. Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering Vision Systems

  • Work with cross-functional teams to scope and drive vision systems projects for cell electrode manufacturing
  • Work with external suppliers to develop comprehensive plans and strategies
  • Define and drive tasks across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Track project status and action items against schedule
  • Create, maintain, and present schedules to Cell leadership team
  • Drive delivery of manufacturing project scope

Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering Vision Systems

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing systems
  • Experience in project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
