Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering Vision Systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to scope and drive vision systems projects for cell electrode manufacturing equipment
- Work with external suppliers to develop comprehensive plans and strategies
- Define and drive tasks across multiple engineering disciplines
- Track project status and action items against schedule
- Create and maintain schedules for projects
- Drive delivery of manufacturing project scope
- Communicate and present project status to Cell leadership team
Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering Vision Systems
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing systems
- Experience in project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to operate under pressure
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping skills
- Experience in managing engineering projects for mass-produced products
