Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Software

  • Create and execute software deployments for Tesla's execution, quality, inventory and lineside systems
  • Build up customer context and relationships to identify software gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Own key relationships with stakeholders to ensure we are on track to deploy and maintain the software in a factory
  • Represent the Cell Software team in meetings with key stakeholders, including Sr. Manager and above level leaders
  • Keep Engineering team organized, motivated, and focused on our goals

Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Software

Kafka
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in an organizational role such as Product or Program management
  • 15% travel involved in this role
  • Experience in a cell or high-speed manufacturing industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MES, JIRA, SQL and API/Kafka based system integrations
  • Must be able to understand complex integrated systems and their dependencies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
