As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of deploying interfaces and tools used daily by Engineers, Managers, and thousands of Operators. Your mission will be to deeply understand user needs, processes, and software integrations on the manufacturing line, taking ownership of solutions from identification through to deployment and feedback.

Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Software
- Create and execute software deployments for Tesla's execution, quality, inventory and lineside systems
- Build customer context and relationships to identify software gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Own key relationships with stakeholders
- Represent the Cell Software team in meetings with key stakeholders
- Keep Engineering team organized, motivated, and focused on goals
Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Cell Software
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product or Program management
- Experience in cell or high-speed manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of SAP MES, JIRA, SQL and API/Kafka based system integrations
- Must understand complex integrated systems and their dependencies
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
