Responsibilities For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Test Systems Engineering
- Work with Technical Program Management to track and report on project execution
- Act as TSE point-of-contact with internal and external customers
- Coordinate information flow across cross-functional teams
- Balance competing priorities across projects in Energy, Vehicle and Robotics domains
- Track resourcing of projects and drive resource balancing
- Develop systems and best practices for tracking and communication
- Conduct Weekly Sprint Planning and Create JIRA Dashboards
Requirements For Sr. Technical Program Manager, Test Systems Engineering
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in project management for mechanical, electrical, and/or software systems
- Experience working in fast-paced R&D environment
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint
- Experience in procurement and materials tracking
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle
- Basic understanding of rotating systems
- Basic understanding of high voltage and electrical principles
