Responsibilities For Staff Analytics Engineer, Thermal & Chassis

  • Analyze vehicle data and extract useful statistics/insights for product improvements
  • Write efficient SQL/Python code and complex queries across extensive data set
  • Build effective models for hardware optimization, controls, and vehicle diagnostics
  • Work with engineers on end-to-end analyses
  • Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets
  • Automate analyses and author pipelines using SQL, Python, and Airflow based ETL framework

Requirements For Staff Analytics Engineer, Thermal & Chassis

Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related field
  • Prior internship/work experience in data analytics
  • Proven proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Working knowledge of data visualization techniques (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Experience working with time-series sensors data
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
