  • Understand and implement Tesla software products that support the manufacturing process
  • Define, implement, and drive project requirements, workflows and plans
  • Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and assign priorities
  • Design and track implementation of technical requests
  • Document project milestones and resources allocation
  • Deploy integration optimizations focusing on decreased cost and down time
  • Root cause analyze with cross functional teams
  • Define Factory Software responsibilities and best practices
  • Manage cross-product priorities and resource capacity
  • Design and present new processes to improve development workflow

Requirements For Staff Product Engineer, Factory Software

Kafka
  • 5+ years of experience in Product or Program management
  • Ability to understand complex automated systems
  • Ability to query through cross-product systems logs
