Requirements For Supervisor, Cell Engineering

  • Four years or more of industrial operation and R&D lab supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge in dry room and cell manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity of cell manufacturing processes, metrology and quality control
  • Strong preventive equipment maintenance experience
  • Experience supporting process development
  • Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with handling hazardous chemicals and waste
