Requirements For Supervisor, Cell Engineering
- Four years or more of industrial operation and R&D lab supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in dry room and cell manufacturing environment
- Familiarity of cell manufacturing processes, metrology and quality control
- Strong preventive equipment maintenance experience
- Experience supporting process development
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with handling hazardous chemicals and waste
