Responsibilities For Supervisor, Cell Engineering
- Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to team members
- Ensure standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current and accurate
- Monitor employee compliance with safety regulations
- Work with employees to resolve process and machine problems
- Provide quality communication link between team members
- Oversee lab operation and quality control of manufacturing processes
Requirements For Supervisor, Cell Engineering
- Four years or more of industrial operation and R&D lab supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of dry room and cell manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with cell manufacturing processes, metrology and quality control
- Strong preventive equipment maintenance experience
- Experience supporting process development
- Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with handling hazardous chemicals and waste
