This role is crucial for managing and optimizing direct material supply chains across Tesla's various divisions, including vehicles, Tesla Energy, and batteries. The position offers a competitive salary range of $72,000-$192,000 annually, plus additional benefits and stock awards.

Responsibilities For Supply Chain Manager, Dojo Power Distribution
- Ensure visibility of supply for components and resolve supplier execution issues
- Build and manage supplier relationships at management and operational level
- Own RFQ's and contract management
- Drive negotiation for piece price and product development
- Lead supplier improvements in scalability, cost, and quality
- Facilitate communication between Suppliers and Tesla teams
- Lead change management activity for regional supply
- Evaluate supplier business proposals
- Work collaboratively with Global Supply Managers and other Tesla Supply Chain partners
Requirements For Supply Chain Manager, Dojo Power Distribution
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast-paced environment
- Previous experience managing safety critical parts, wiring harness, or power distribution commodities
- Excellent program management, written, and verbal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel
