Responsibilities For Supply Chain Manager, Dojo Power Distribution

  • Ensure visibility of supply for components and resolve supplier execution issues
  • Build and manage supplier relationships at management and operational level
  • Own RFQ's and contract management
  • Drive negotiation for piece price and product development
  • Lead supplier improvements in scalability, cost, and quality
  • Facilitate communication between Suppliers and Tesla teams
  • Lead change management activity for regional supply
  • Evaluate supplier business proposals
  • Work collaboratively with Global Supply Managers and other Tesla Supply Chain partners

Requirements For Supply Chain Manager, Dojo Power Distribution

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience managing safety critical parts, wiring harness, or power distribution commodities
  • Excellent program management, written, and verbal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel
