Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Camera Hardware
- Lead Tesla Semi-Truck Camera and Camera Cleaning product development
- Manage Semi-Truck Camera Hardware and Camera Cleaning product development programs end-to-end
- Work collaboratively with engineering leads and managers to set goals and track deliverables
- Provide clear input and plan on schedules, issues, and deliverables
- Communicate Engineering requirements between Supply Chain and Purchasing
- Consolidate inputs for executive reviews highlighting risks and opportunities
- Evolve processes towards increasing precision and dependability
- Lead teams through rapid development cycles and changing requirements
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Camera Hardware
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in product development with delivered products in medium-to-high volume industry
- Familiarity with electrical engineering, software development, and mechanical engineering process
- Experience in planning activities and vendor management in engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex development projects
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross functionally between engineering, production, and supply chain personnel
