Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Camera Hardware

  • Lead Tesla Semi-Truck Camera and Camera Cleaning product development
  • Manage Semi-Truck Camera Hardware and Camera Cleaning product development programs from end-to-end
  • Work collaboratively with engineering leads and managers to set goals and track deliverables
  • Provide clear input and plan to the project team on schedules, issues, and deliverables
  • Communicate Engineering requirements between Supply Chain and Purchasing
  • Consolidate inputs from across Tesla into executive reviews
  • Lead teams through rapid development cycles and changing requirements

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Camera Hardware

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in product development
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering, software development, and mechanical engineering process
  • Experience in planning activities and vendor management
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex development projects
  • Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally between engineering, production, and supply chain personnel
