Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering

  • Work with cross-functional teams to scope out and drive projects for deployment of Cell Electrode manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Work with external suppliers to develop comprehensive plans
  • Define and drive daily tasks for manufacturing line engineering disciplines
  • Track status of projects and action items against schedule
  • Create and maintain schedules for projects
  • Drive delivery of selected manufacturing project scope
  • Inform prioritization of team project work

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mass production manufacturing equipment
  • Experience with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Detail oriented with strong record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams
  • Ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities
