Technical Program Manager Fasteners, Semi

Working within the Materials & Fasteners Engineering group at Tesla, this individual will be responsible for definition and delivery of design and validation programs for the Fasteners Engineering team, as well as sourcing, implementation, and concerns resolutions processes for fasteners across all engineering programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and manage fastener development and joint design programs
• Define and manage design validation programs
• Charter, plan, and drive technology roadmap projects
• Structure timelines and drive concern resolution activities
• Analyze design and validation requirements for future programs

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent experience
• Bias for action, strong organizational and presentation skills, and resource management ability
• Experience or interest in the automotive or manufacturing space preferred
• Experiences with program management, supplier engagement, and cross-functional engineering collaboration preferred
• Experience with materials and fasteners testing techniques preferred
