Tesla's Power Electronics group is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead engineering projects across Energy, Solar, and Vehicle products. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Power Electronics

  • Establish and manage programs feature baseline, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution
  • Cross-functionally communicate key development updates, risks, and timeline on projects
  • Present to Tesla Executive team on a weekly basis
  • Identify tactical and creative ways to overcome obstacles while meeting deadlines
  • Develop tools to automate various reporting or planning functions
  • Conduct planning and execution/support of NPI builds

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Power Electronics

  • 3+ years of experience in fast paced, NPI, cross-functional team orientated environment
  • Understanding of new product development cycles and criticality of time-to-market
  • Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks
  • Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Skills with common workplace software
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
