Tesla's Power Electronics group is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead engineering projects across Energy, Solar, and Vehicle products. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Power Electronics
- Establish and manage programs feature baseline, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution
- Cross-functionally communicate key development updates, risks, and timeline on projects
- Present to Tesla Executive team on a weekly basis
- Identify tactical and creative ways to overcome obstacles while meeting deadlines
- Develop tools to automate various reporting or planning functions
- Conduct planning and execution/support of NPI builds
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Power Electronics
- 3+ years of experience in fast paced, NPI, cross-functional team orientated environment
- Understanding of new product development cycles and criticality of time-to-market
- Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Skills with common workplace software
- Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
