Responsibilities For Zero Trust Engineer

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of Zero-Trust platforms
  • Work on user tickets and create user-facing documentation
  • Respond to incidents and outages within SLA/OLA timelines
  • Develop custom reporting, dashboards, and metrics
  • Contribute to capacity planning and performance monitoring
  • Work on preventive maintenance tasks
  • Participate in system fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Provide feedback based on user interactions
  • Engage in 24/7 on-call rotation

Requirements For Zero Trust Engineer

  • Experience in operations or deployment roles with Zero Trust focus
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and strategies
  • Experience with automation and CI/CD (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience in mission-critical operations in 24x7 environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
