Responsibilities For Zero Trust Engineer, Infrastructure Engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of Zero-Trust platforms
- Work on user tickets and create user-facing documentation
- Respond to incidents and outages within SLA/OLA timelines
- Develop custom reporting, dashboards, and metrics
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance monitoring
- Work on preventive maintenance tasks
- Participate in system fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Provide feedback based on user interactions
- Engage in 24/7 on-call rotation
Requirements For Zero Trust Engineer, Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience in operations or deployment roles with Zero Trust focus
- Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and enterprise network architectures
- Experience with automation and CI/CD
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in mission-critical operations in 24x7 environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
