TextNow is seeking an Android Developer to join their Revenue team, focusing on enhancing their Ads systems to optimize both user experience and revenue generation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of mobile development and advertising technology.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of Android development experience, with a strong foundation in Kotlin. You'll be working closely with both the AdOps and Product teams to develop innovative ad solutions while maintaining a superior user experience. Responsibilities For Android Developer

  • Work with AdOps team to develop new ad solutions to provide increasing value to advertisers
  • Collaborate with Product team to ensure high-quality user experience around ads
  • Debug performance issues with ad units and work with ad providers to resolve them
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the ads code architecture
  • Be a leader in Android team, establishing and encouraging best practices

Requirements For Android Developer

Kotlin
  • 2+ years of Android development experience, particularly in Kotlin
  • Passionate about Ads development
  • Ability to balance business needs of revenue generation and positive user experience
  • Self-motivated to drive projects to completion
  • Good communication skills
