Lead Fullstack Engineer

Thaloz is seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with backend development expertise, focusing on Node.js and NEST.js technologies. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a development team while actively contributing to the development of scalable, high-performance systems and APIs.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 6+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. You'll be responsible for overseeing technical architecture, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-focused applications. The role involves working with modern technologies including Node.js, NEST.js, Docker, and Kubernetes.

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion best practices, and drive technical excellence.
