Staff Software Engineer (Remote)

The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for a remote position. As part of our technology team, you'll contribute to supporting our network of more than 2,200 retail stores across North America. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service, the broadest selection of products, and the most competitive prices.

This remote position offers flexibility while being part of a company focused on helping customers build and improve their homes, businesses, and ultimately their lives. The role comes with a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $160,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.

While this is a remote/virtual role, the position is based out of Atlanta, GA, with limited or infrequent in-office presence required. We refer to this as a location-independent position, offering the flexibility of working from home while maintaining connection with our corporate initiatives.
