The Tsui Group is seeking an experienced Cost Engineer II to join their aviation team in Los Angeles County. This role is integral to managing and monitoring multi-billion dollar Capital Improvement Programs at Los Angeles World Airports. The position requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in construction cost engineering, preferably in aviation projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for detailed financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting of complex construction projects. Key responsibilities include analyzing sub-contractor invoices, performing cost-to-complete analyses, monitoring project budgets, and maintaining accurate cost control reports. The role requires expertise in using Prolog and proficiency with MS Office suite.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $118,000-$123,000 and an excellent benefits package including fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, 401k with employer contribution, and generous paid time off.
