As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that will take source code from the software development team and create artifacts and products that the customers can use. You will play a critical role in integrating security practices into the development operations lifecycle. This role requires demonstrated experience using and manipulating software automation, version control systems, cloud services, security automation, and threat detection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Automating repeatable tasks to improve the software development lifecycle
• Using cloud services for pipeline deployment
• Integrating with version control tools
• Troubleshooting and resolving build issues
• Integrating and testing security testing frameworks
• Educating teams on security best practices
• Implementing monitoring tools for security threat detection
• Continuously scanning for vulnerabilities in code and third-party libraries
• Integrating automated testing frameworks
• Identifying and tracking metrics for CI/CD pipeline performance
• Researching and designing solutions to improve the CI/CD process
• Creating an inclusive environment that supports continuous learning and teamwork
• Promoting and supporting an Agile organization

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline, 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, and experience with various DevOps tools and practices. The position may require up to 20% travel.
