Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer at TheIncLab, you will:

• Contribute to the analysis, design, integration, and modeling of complex systems-of-systems
• Work on tactical networks, high-performance computing, command & control, data analytics, and unmanned technologies (UAS, UUV, UxS)
• Integrate advanced technologies like AI and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) into systems spanning tactical to cloud-hosted architectures
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems integration expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with system architects, engineers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements
• Apply MBSE approaches to model system components and ensure seamless integration
• Design systems spanning tactical, communications, software, and cloud domains
• Travel up to 20% for key system demonstrations and customer engagements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering
• Experience with system modeling tools and languages (SysML, UML, Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw)
• Strong background in integrating disparate technologies and cloud-based architectures
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a TS Clearance
