Description For Systems Engineer

At TheIncLab, we engineer and deliver advanced systems that revolutionize how our customers, the Department of Defense, and mission-critical teams achieve success. We are where innovation meets purpose. As a Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the analysis, design, integration, and modeling of complex systems-of-systems that include tactical networks, high-performance computing, command & control, data analytics, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), unmanned underwater systems (UUV), and other unmanned technologies (UxS).

You will work within a systems engineering team focused on integrating advanced technologies like AI and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) into these systems, spanning tactical to cloud-hosted architectures. Your expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems integration will be key to ensuring these advanced systems function cohesively across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with system architects, engineers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements for integrated systems.
  • Apply MBSE approaches to model system components and ensure seamless integration.
  • Design systems that span across tactical, communications, software, and cloud domains.
  • Travel up to 20% for key system demonstrations and customer engagements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering.
  • Experience in system modeling tools and languages such as SysML, UML, Cameo Systems Modeler, or MagicDraw.
  • Strong background in integrating disparate technologies and cloud-based architectures.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a TS Clearance.

Join us in shaping the future of unmanned systems, AI, and mission-critical technologies. If you're ready to make an impact and work on systems that span the tactical to the cloud, apply today.
