Theodo's Moroccan offices have been transforming client ideas into tech solutions for 7 years. We support them in designing and launching digital products that address their business challenges in record time.

To ensure the success of our clients' projects, we are looking for Tech Leads who will:

• Support the client in designing the best product to meet their business needs
• Generate knowledge and share it within Theodo:
  • Share learnings within Theodo and externally through blog articles and weekly training sessions
  • Conduct technical monitoring to improve craftsmanship within Theodo

Your means to succeed:

• Strong collaboration between our teams in Morocco and the entire Theodo group: More than 450 crafters, about 10 areas of expertise, and over 200 completed projects
• You will have a dedicated expert tech coach for your success and progression

What we are looking for:

• You have a degree from an engineering school or equivalent
• You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in software development, ideally fullstack
