Software Engineer Fullstack

As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Theodo, your mission will be to design and write quality code to create the best solution for your client's problems and their users. You'll learn to:

• Understand your client's problem and provide a solution with a performant and maintainable product. You'll be involved in the entire production cycle: from design to deployment. You won't be limited to development; you'll play a role in feature elaboration and prioritization.
• Write code according to the best quality standards to ensure your solution is fast, secure, and stable, regardless of the technology used.
• Reflect on bugs and potential improvements in your project to learn from your mistakes and improve your team's functioning.

The company's dynamics are based on Theodoers' creativity and commitment to continuous learning. Your daily routine isn't limited to client projects: each Theodoer contributes to making the company better by developing new knowledge for all, shared through internal and external conferences, blog articles, expertise groups with other enthusiasts within Theodo, etc.

You'll have time to explore new technologies, push innovations within the company, improve coding practices, etc.

You'll join Theodo's technical team of 120 software engineers, tech leads, engineering managers, or senior architects. You'll be part of a team of 4-5 Theodoers: ~3 Software Engineers, 1 Tech Lead, and 1 Product Owner. You'll be in contact with your client every week to share your progress, refine their problem, and adjust your product to best fit their users' needs.

The Tech Lead's goal is to help you succeed: they make you think about the issues you encounter and help you unblock yourself. You can turn to them throughout the day for any questions and to think together about the best way to approach a technical problem.

The issues and technologies vary greatly from one project to another. Here are some examples:

• The Altitude platform developed in 6 months for AXA Climate
• An intelligent virtual assistant (personal shopper) developed in 1.5 months for a large group
