Senior QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering team, responsible for delivering quality software solutions to millions of sports fans on various platforms. You will advocate for quality throughout the SDLC, ensure processes and best practices are followed, and work with stakeholders who value your input. The team uses modern testing tools, technologies, and techniques, and strives to provide an environment that allows for personal and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with other teams to understand the platform and key user actions
• Providing cross-platform testing of sports media and betting apps
• Developing and reviewing test cases in TestRail
• Performing various types of tests on different environments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure QA best practices
• Participating in bug triaging and Scrum ceremonies
• Working with the Test Automation team

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience mentoring other QA Engineers
• Coding or scripting experience
• Strong familiarity with functional and regression testing on native Android and iOS platforms
• Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA)
• Knowledge of REST API calls and GraphQL queries/mutations
• Experience with Web/HTTP Proxy tools like Charles Proxy
• Familiarity with environment monitoring tools like Datadog
• Experience testing event-driven architectures
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
