Responsibilities For Electrical Engineer II

  • Electronic circuit design, development, and testing
  • Mixed-signal printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) schematic design and layout
  • Cabling design and documentation
  • Hands-on debug and testing of boards and electronic assemblies
  • Production support and new product electronic assembly process development
  • Supply chain management for critical ICs and other board components
  • Sustaining support for existing products
  • Mentoring of Peers, Engineering Technicians, or New Hires

Requirements For Electrical Engineer II

  • BSEE or MSEE from an accredited institution or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Minimum 4 years professional electrical engineering experience
  • Capable user of modern PCBA design software (Altium Designer strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of typical electronic test instruments
  • Familiarity with embedded digital electronics
  • Experience with high-density, fine-pitch integrated circuit packages
  • Competence as an analog and power electronics designer
  • Understanding of noise mitigation in electrical circuits
  • Experience designing for regulatory compliance standards
