Responsibilities For Quality Engineer

  • Drive quality and teach quality techniques
  • Review, maintain, and prepare Quality trend analysis data and QA reports
  • Perform Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action
  • Establish and maintain inspection and acceptance criteria
  • Implement continual improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, lean methods)
  • Train and collaborate with production personnel
  • Conduct audits and create reports of findings
  • Create and maintain quality documentation
  • Review RFQ's and Purchase Orders for Quality requirements
  • Collaborate with RMA and Service departments

Requirements For Quality Engineer

  • BS from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft products and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Quality in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Experience with quality improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, FMEA)
  • Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere
  • Experience using standard measurement equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
