The role involves developing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly focusing on Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement platforms. As part of Thunder's Delivery team, you'll be responsible for implementing technology-based solutions in business intelligence, analytics, and information management.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of IT experience with at least 2 years specifically in Salesforce development. You'll work on creating modules and packages that contribute to larger systems, utilizing technologies like Java, JavaScript, and SQL. The role requires expertise in email template development, API integrations, and front-end development for Cloud Pages.

Responsibilities For Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

  • Develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Work with data sources, APIs, and integration tools for seamless data flow within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Develop responsive email templates using AMPscript
  • Build Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, SQL and AMPScript
  • Develop CRM solutions using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML
  • Work with Email Studio including A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Integration
  • Manage Marketing Cloud's contact data model
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Contribute to improvement of development processes and methodologies

Requirements For Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

  • 3-5 years of IT experience, 2+ years as Salesforce developer
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field
  • Experience with email and marketing automation software
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios
  • Understanding of SDLC concepts, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP
  • Experience with Journey builder/Engagement Studio
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Active Salesforce Certifications (Preferably SFMC)
