Description For Customer Success Engineer

As the company behind the most widely adopted container networking solution powering over 100M containers across 166 countries, we're seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers succeed with our cutting-edge technology. You'll work directly with users during their early adoption phase, providing expert consultation on Kubernetes networking and security design. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn from world-class technical experts while making a significant impact on customer success.

Your responsibilities will span from delivering technical training and workshops to resolving complex technical issues and influencing product direction. Responsibilities For Customer Success Engineer

  • Ensure success of assigned customers' deployments
  • Develop and deliver technical training on Kubernetes Networking, Security & Observability
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and deliver networking and security workshops
  • Help customers resolve technical issues while meeting key support SLAs
  • Build technical content repository for customer learning and self-enablement
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to incorporate customer needs
  • Become a trusted technical resource and advocate for customers
  • Share customer insights to shape marketing programs and product roadmap

Requirements For Customer Success Engineer

Kubernetes
Linux
  • 4-6 years experience in customer-facing technical role at network security software company
  • Linux fundamentals and system administration
  • Layer 7 Networking expertise
  • Gateway API & Load Balancing knowledge
  • Private and public cloud experience
  • Networking & Security knowledge
  • Application level Security expertise
  • Automation & Scripting skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science/related field
