Lead Machine Learning Engineer

The Lead Machine Learning Engineer role is a hands-on position focused on driving AI/ML initiatives at Tilt. This is not a management or research position, but rather a technical leadership role where you'll be directly involved in building and scaling AI solutions while providing technical mentorship to the team.

Key responsibilities include designing and deploying first-of-their-kind AI-driven features for e-commerce from scratch, building robust AI infrastructure, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience, proven expertise in scaling systems to millions of users, and strong technical skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud technologies.
