Trading Infrastructure Support Engineer

In this role, you will be at the heart of our trading operations, developing a comprehensive understanding of our internal systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and proactively suggesting solutions and enhancements. You'll provide timely responses to alerts and queries from trading teams, facilitate the onboarding of new accounts, and continuously innovate to improve our processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of trading infrastructure and application support experience, a strong understanding of financial products, and excellent technical skills, particularly in Python and Linux. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential for effective communication across our global team. We're looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment.
