Engineering Manager I, Android, Core Experience

As the Engineering Manager for Core Experience at Tinder, you will lead a team of up to 8 Android engineers building and maintaining user-facing features for Tinder's Profile and Post-Match experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Android engineers developing consumer-facing features
• Define and own platform objectives and key metrics

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience building native Android applications
• 1+ year(s) of experience leading mobile engineering teams
• Expertise in Kotlin and familiarity with architecture patterns
• Proven experience in shipping large-scale mobile apps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
