Responsibilities For Sr. Software Engineer, Backend
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services for Tinder's dating platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize existing systems
- Design and implement high-performance, distributed systems that can handle millions of users
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of Tinder's backend infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Requirements For Sr. Software Engineer, Backend
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
