TKDA, a 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their Rail Division in Minneapolis. The position involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team on projects for Class I, short line, and passenger railroads across the country. You'll be engaged in the complete project lifecycle, from schematic design through construction, working on various structural projects including industrial facilities, locomotive fueling stations, and administration buildings.
As a Graduate Engineer, you'll conduct site assessments, develop construction documents, and observe construction operations. The role offers hands-on experience in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber framing design, with opportunities to work on both new construction and renovation projects.
