Senior Professional Engineer, Electrical

TKDA is seeking a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer to join their 100% employee-owned engineering firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team on industrial facility projects nationwide. The position combines technical leadership, project management, and mentorship responsibilities, with a focus on electrical system design for industrial facilities.

The role involves leading complex electrical engineering projects, developing detailed technical drawings, and managing construction administration. You'll work alongside various engineering disciplines, including Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, and Structural teams. The position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home at their new headquarters in Bloomington's South Loop neighborhood.

As a senior engineer, you'll have significant influence on project direction and team development, while also contributing to business growth through the company's "Seller-Doer" approach.
