Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager, Bridge

TKDA is seeking a Senior Professional Bridge Engineer with 15-20 years of experience to join their Bridge Group, which specializes in designing and analyzing various bridge types and structural projects. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office/2 days WFH) and will be based in their new HQ in Bloomington by April 2025.

The position involves leading multi-disciplined transportation projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to innovative solutions in both traditional and design-build environments. As a "Seller-Doer," you'll collaborate with management to track business opportunities and represent TKDA at various events.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bridge design, project management, and business development. Key responsibilities include overseeing bridge design and analysis, developing project scopes and budgets, leading QAQC reviews, and mentoring team members.
