Crypto QA Automation Engineer Intern

Token Metrics is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to lead their Quality Assurance team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of software and product testing within the company. Key responsibilities include developing test strategies, creating test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in analytics, problem-solving, and project management.

This position is part of Token Metrics' 3-month internship program. It's important to note that this is an unpaid, evaluative internship with the possibility of return offers based on the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters
• Lead the QA team in designing test procedures and frameworks
• Oversee the creation of testing documents
• Implement testing procedures and manage the QA process
• Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures as needed
• Conduct analysis checks on product specifications
• Review Quality Assurance reports and identify problem areas
• Ensure successful product deployment to the market
• Respond to requests from the design team and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience as a QA Engineer
• Advanced programming skills, including automation systems and databases
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Managerial experience preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
