We're looking for a skilled DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity from Hanoi.
As our DevOps/SRE, you'll be instrumental in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, primarily working with AWS and Google Cloud. This role combines traditional system administration with modern DevOps practices, requiring both technical expertise and leadership abilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining our infrastructure, implementing security measures, and ensuring system reliability.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in DevOps or system administration, along with a strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields. You'll need to demonstrate proficiency in cloud technologies, automation, and system security, while also possessing the soft skills necessary for effective team collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities For DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer
- Act as a cloud system admin (AWS and Google Cloud, and knowledge of multi-cloud infrastructure)
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
- Creating and automating alerting and monitoring system logs
- Building tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery
- Troubleshooting Support Escalation requests
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Implementing security protocols and procedures
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures
- Documenting processes, backing up and archiving data
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures
- Designing and implementing end-user feedback and error reporting systems
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees
- Providing IT support
Requirements For DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
- Professional qualification (Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification)
- At least two years' experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
