Token Metrics is an innovative company at the intersection of cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence, helping investors across more than 50 countries build profitable crypto portfolios. We're seeking a skilled DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer to join our global remote team.

The role combines traditional IT administration with modern cloud infrastructure management, focusing primarily on AWS and Google Cloud platforms. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our technical infrastructure, implementing security measures, and ensuring system reliability.

As our DevOps/SRE, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies in the crypto space while managing cloud systems, automating processes, and building robust monitoring solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, international team and impact how crypto investors make decisions through our AI-powered platform.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience, strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure, and the ability to lead and mentor team members. Responsibilities For DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (Global-Remote-Non.US)

  • Act as a cloud system admin (AWS and Google Cloud, and knowledge of multi-cloud infrastructure)
  • Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
  • Creating and automating alerting and monitoring system logs
  • Building tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery
  • Troubleshooting Support Escalation requests
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures
  • Documenting processes, backing up and archiving data
  • Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures
  • Designing and implementing end-user feedback and error reporting systems
  • Supervising and mentoring IT department employees
  • Providing IT support

Requirements For DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (Global-Remote-Non.US)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
  • Professional qualification (Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification)
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
