  • Monitor platform usage with quantitative and qualitative data using different tools
  • Lead platform implementation for client companies
  • Understand client problems and find the best solutions
  • Ensure clients love Toku and increase their collection through our platform
  • Contribute new improvement ideas for the area and Toku in general
