Description For Full-Stack Engineer: Work Directly with the CTO

Tolt is an innovative platform revolutionizing affiliate program management for software companies. Recently backed by LAUNCH and Jason Calacanis, they're already working with over 500 exciting startups including Prisma.io, Speak.com, and OpenArt.ai, generating $1.5M+ in monthly revenue through affiliate marketing.

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work directly with the CTO in a backend-heavy environment, primarily focusing on Node.js and AWS. The role demands a scrappy, hands-on approach as you'll be shipping features daily and taking ownership of key platform components. The tech stack includes TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and various AWS services.

The position offers a unique opportunity to shape a growing platform, with responsibilities ranging from product development to direct user interaction. You'll function as a mini-CEO for your projects, taking full ownership from concept to iteration. The company maintains a flat structure where everyone, including engineers, participates in user support to ensure first-hand understanding of user needs.

The ideal candidate should have either 4 years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience or 1 year of SaaS product experience, along with strong backend development skills and AWS knowledge. Benefits include remote work flexibility, competitive salary, generous vacation time, and equity options. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and want to make a significant impact on a growing platform.
