Description For Full-Stack Engineer: Work Directly with the CTO

Tolt is an innovative platform that's revolutionizing how software companies launch and manage affiliate programs. Recently backed by LAUNCH and Jason Calacanis, we're already working with over 500 exciting startups including Prisma.io, Speak.com, and OpenArt.ai, generating over $1.5M in monthly revenue through affiliate marketing.

We're seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team and work directly with the CTO. As a backend-heavy software company, you'll spend most of your time working with Node.js and AWS, taking ownership of key features and driving the platform's evolution. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and various AWS services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience or 1 year of SaaS product experience. You'll need strong expertise in both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) development, plus familiarity with AWS services. We're looking for someone with a founder's mindset who can take full ownership of features and isn't afraid to engage directly with users.

Working at Tolt means being part of a small but ambitious team that's building something significant. You'll have the opportunity to shape the product's direction, work on challenging technical problems, and have a direct impact on the company's success. With competitive compensation including equity, and a flexible hybrid work environment, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in a fast-growing startup.
