Dairy Manager - Waxahachie, TX

Tom Thumb is seeking a Dairy Manager for their Waxahachie, TX location. This is a full-time role responsible for managing the dairy department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains customer service excellence with fast and friendly assistance
• Makes product suggestions and engages in suggestive selling
• Handles customer inquiries and resolves complaints
• Manages inventory levels, product rotation, and code dating
• Ensures proper pricing, display, and shelf maintenance
• Controls shrink and costs while maintaining product quality
• Supervises reclamation processing and maintains orderly department areas
• Operates equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and Sterilox machine
• Performs receiving duties including verifying orders and inspecting quality
• Maintains accurate department records and monitors daily logs
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and temperature requirements
• Manages department cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Operates computer systems for product ordering
