Description For Analytics Engineer

Too Good To Go is a mission-driven B Corporation tackling the global food waste crisis through innovative technology solutions. With over 111 million registered users and 237,000 active partners across 19 countries, we've prevented 410+ million meals from being wasted. We're seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our Data & Recommendations team within Retail Technologies.

The role focuses on building and maintaining our data infrastructure that powers our B2B platform, which helps retailers track and redistribute surplus food. You'll work with a tech stack including Airflow, DBT Core, Snowflake, and Metaflow, collaborating with a team of Data Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers.

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll be responsible for structuring data from various retailers, maintaining KPIs, providing clean datasets to stakeholders, and implementing software engineering best practices. The position offers a unique blend of data engineering and machine learning tasks, making it suitable for both Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers.

Working from our Paris office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), you'll join a fun, informal environment with ~100 colleagues locally and be part of a larger tech team of 180+ passionate individuals. We offer a strong work-life balance, autonomous working environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact on food waste reduction.

The ideal candidate should have expert SQL knowledge, with experience in DBT & Airflow being advantageous. Retail experience is a plus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone detail-oriented who enjoys collaborative work and problem-solving.
