Staff Software Engineer (Frontend)

As a Staff Software Engineer (Frontend), you'll lead the development of our core product suite, including mobile apps and web platforms. You'll work closely with the CTO to make product decisions, iterate on the roadmap, and architect our foundational tech platform.

The ideal candidate is a voracious learner who loves exploring new technologies, values clear communication, and has a keen eye for detail. You should have deep experience in building full-stack web applications, with expertise in client-side state management, responsive design, and frontend tooling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading web & mobile application development
• Establishing best practices for code reusability and build processes
• Collaborating with product & design teams
• Implementing analytics & monitoring systems
• Driving frontend performance optimization

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience with Typescript/Javascript, and React or React Native
• Track record of shipping successful products
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail
• Experience building APIs and working in early-stage engineering teams
