Treatwell, Europe's leading beauty booking platform, is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic B2B Business Developer in Geneva, Switzerland. As a crucial pillar of our commercial development in Switzerland, you'll be responsible for growing your geographical sector in Geneva and surrounding areas by convincing beauty and hair professionals to join our platform and utilize our software to develop their business.

We're a team of 700 talented individuals spread across Europe, working to provide the best online beauty booking service while offering our partners digital transformation through comprehensive management software and customized 360° support. With over 50,000 partner salons in 15 countries and processing more than 8 million bookings monthly, we're connecting Europe's best salons with their clients 24/7.

The ideal candidate will be a natural hunter with a passion for perfecting sales techniques and working with an innovative product. You'll be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing various channels including field visits and digital communications. You'll work with a dynamic team of sales professionals who are motivated to revolutionize the beauty and hairdressing industry.

Responsibilities For B2B Business Developer

  • Responsible for acquiring new clients from prospecting to contract closure
  • Handle initial contact through field and telephone prospecting
  • Proactively search for new salons through various channels including social media
  • Present products to potential partners both digitally and in salons
  • Report activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Participate in team building and boosting team morale

Requirements For B2B Business Developer

  • Sales or customer contact experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Empathetic communication skills with solution-oriented approach
  • Competitive mindset and team player attitude
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
