We're seeking a Principal Software Engineer/Tech Lead to head our Real-Time Bidding operations, reporting directly to the CEO.
This role combines technical leadership with business impact, managing over $100 million in programmatic marketing spend. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing our bidding systems, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining high performance and reliability. The position requires expertise in backend engineering (Python, NodeJS), ML productionalization, and data systems management.

Responsibilities For Principal Software Engineer / Tech Lead, Head of Real-Time Bidding
- Maximize ROI on >$100 million per year of programmatic marketing spend
- Lead intelligent customer acquisition strategies
- Manage and expand marketing platforms and channels
- Ensure low latency and high availability of platforms
- Maintain high-quality platform with minimal errors
- Hire and manage 1-2 senior engineers
- Design and implement data collection and management systems
- Lead ML model deployment and optimization
