Responsibilities For AI/ML Engineer

  • Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance data abstraction, clinical trial matching processes
  • Conceptualize and prototype new AI/ML-driven products and software features
  • Design, test, and refine prompts to maximize the performance of LLMs
  • Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines for integration into production systems
  • Work with healthcare and clinical trial datasets, ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Operate with high levels of autonomy and take end-to-end ownership of AI/ML projects

Requirements For AI/ML Engineer

PostgreSQL
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
  • Previous startup experience or success in fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production-grade model deployment
  • Strong experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, T5, BERT), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
  • Strong knowledge of natural language processing techniques and tools
  • Experience with cloud platforms for model deployment
  • Familiarity with database systems and data integration pipelines
  • Respect for compliance and privacy requirements in healthcare
